The flexibility Temper offers in terms of remote working and unlimited holidays is very unique. Also, its culture is one of a kind where there's room for everyone to be themselves.

Temper invested the last 2 years in hiring people with different background and expertises. This makes Temper having many experts on board and enables us to move fast.

I have a 5yr old daughter and it has been so easy to mix and match parenting with my work. Sometimes I start early and other days I bring my daughter to school. I am also able to pause my workday, pick her up from school and start working again later in the afternoon.

We have clear values that are also all equally important. My personal favourite is 'we do it for them'. We do this not only for everyone who works through the platform but also internally, this is a value that I personally find important as Team Lead

Everyone within Temper can share their thoughts and idea's. We have a bi-weekly meeting scheduled for the whole company where latest achievements and challenges are shared. Everyone is invited to ask questions as well. This kind of transparency is highly appreciated.

Temper has confidence in its recruitment process and ability to attract intelligent people. Once that person arrives at Temper, they are given full autonomy in their role. I have seen this from a senior level to a junior level, which is absolutely part of the values at Temper.

Given my busy schedule I appreciate the luxury of working from home from time to time. It is important for me that my company offers enough work flexibility - this allows me to tend to my personal responsibilities, primarely by working remotely when needed.

Temper is at an incredibly exciting point of growth. We have a product that is very well-known in the Dutch market and we have amassed a lot of success in the past years. At this moment we are focusing on expansion towards other European countries and there is a clear ambition to become the number one platform for flexible work in each of the coutries we launch our product.

Being a scale-up, you get to work on a lot of different project within and outside your team, with the support of your colleagues! You can take up a lot of knowledge and skills and thus grow in your role!

It really means a lot having a manager who cares about your well-being! With their support, I can do my job quite easily and with lower stress levels, which is of course super beneficial for my life outside of work!

It's so easy to work in this flexible regime - you can organize your work as you wish! Early start or early finish is very convenient, since you have the time to take care of your personal things as well and maintain the work-life balance.
