One of the selling points of our application is that it provides for a bias-free environment to hiring. Obviously we couldn't be an exception and we do thrive do do our internal hiring focused on skills rather than the gender, race, previous experience or country. We have some great examples of people that were in completely different areas and got their dream job based on their skills.

Mission is to put 1 billion people on their dream job. If that's not inspiring, I don't know what is. All of our work is carefully thought out to be as inclusive as possible so everyone can apply and try to get their dream job. Even in areas with slow connection speeds or when they only have a phone to apply.

We recently got a funding of 70m$. We're onboarding 5 or so new people every week. Our customer number keeps growing and we're hitting our sales targets every quarter.
