Our take
The Body Coach is a company helping people become fitter and healthier. The founder, Joe Wicks, is the face of the company and is an Instagram influencer with over 4 million followers, who also presented "The Body Coach" TV show on Channel 4.
The company differentiates itself by supporting people throughout their entire fitness journey, thus they are involved in various industries and have multiple sources of revenue. They provide personalised training programs via a fitness app, sell health-conscious cook books, and manage a YouTube Channel with live workouts.
The Body Coach found heightened recognition with its "PE With Joe" initiative on YouTube, that helped children stay active during the pandemic. More recently, it has launched The Body Coach for Work, built to inspire workforces to use exercise to boost physical and mental health.
