Our take

Professional networking sites such as LinkedIn provide ways for candidates to connect with companies within an industry. However, on-site information is often unverified, out of date and thus unusable. The Org has built a free-to-use database that charts leadership teams within a company with the aim to locate and fill gaps of employment.

Unlike other professional networking sites that focus on users connecting with prospective employers, The Org offers its services to companies and job-seekers alike. By quantifying employment gaps within a business and advertising these gaps, the startup offers a data-driven approach to the recruitment process.

With over $20 million in funding secured from investors such as Founders Fund, Sequoia and Tiger Global, The Org aims to upscale their current database, integrating with Greenhouse to provide data for their platform. In the future it will also look to expanding its offerings into HR tools via more integrations and APIs, as well as through in-house services.
