TickPick's mission is to reshape the secondary ticket marketplace.
TickPick is a live events ticket marketplace that differentiates itself by not including any extra fees, reducing the total price of a ticket for consumers. While the company has been around since 2011, it has come increasingly under the spotlight in the last few years as live event ticket prices escalate, often pricing average earners out of attending.
The company was initially founded as a ticket resale platform, however as its reputation has grown, so too has its partnership base, with it now selling tickets directly for the likes of Firefly Music Festival and Sports Illustrated Saturday Night Lights.
While TickPick was able to carve out a respectable niche in the ticketing market without seeking venture capital funding, it did receive institutional funding back in 2019. Since then, the company has scaled its operations and headcount as it moves to take advantage of growing consumer frustration with major ticket marketplaces.
