Our take

Treatwell are looking to do for beauty what Deliveroo has done for takeaways. Instead of booking salon treatments over the phone, they want you to book online. They also want to be the only place you need to go to book beauty treatments.

Treatwell currently works with over 40,000 salons, so has already achieved significant scale and is looking to grow this further.

Hair and beauty services across Europe is a ~£90 Billion market, but it's really fragmented, with all the chains together making up less than 3% of the market. There's a big opportunity for a company to be the go-to place to book treatments across all these small companies.

With a Master's degree in Information Technology, Serap joined Treatwell in 2018 as a Data Warehouse Consultant, and was quickly promoted to Senior Data Engineer.

Ashley joined Treatwell as a Sales Business Developer in 2021, and is now the Head of Account Management in Paris.

Argjela joined us in 2021 as a Retention Account Manager, and is now Onboarding and Retention Manager.
