We've provided a great solution for a large and diverse group of customers. How do we take it to the next level?! I was given full trust in creating a department from scratch, It's been very challenging but one of the most rewarding things I've done. I don't have a foundation to build off but that's the beauty of it! Learn from mistakes but also have full support to implement what you feel is best.

Being customer facing, I'm given the opportunity to bring their voice to our Product team. Thousands of users rely on me to relay feedback their way. Nothing is more inspiring than to go back to our customer and show them that their feedback was extremely valuable in shaping our product.

As we continue to grow, we're seeing new employees join us from all backgrounds. We're given plenty of opportunities to express our differences and no judgement is ever felt. With diversity also comes various perspectives and experience. Melting that all together is not easy to do but I feel like we've done an amazing job at accommodating to all!

When I joined Trint I was really scared. I was brought in to set up the Talent function completely from scratch. Having never held a stand-alone role before I had severe imposter syndrome. Nearly two years on, I can hand on hard say that joining Trint was the best career decision I've ever made. Although I was plunged into the deep end, having a friendly, and supportive team helped me get through some of the tough parts. I was given loads of autonomy and was able to set up the Talent function by myself. We're now a Talent Team of 4! It's wild! I couldn't have foreseen this when I started. Trint is truly a place to grow and push yourself.

There's such a feel-good vibe to Trinters. They're all a very interesting and diverse bunch, however, they share some common traits. They're all friendly, supportive, and collaborative. I've made some great friends working at Trint. The people at Trint make me feel very supported and valued.

No one is shy with their praise and we're given multiple ways to show our appreciation to our fellow Trinters. From the Props channel to the Trinter of the Year awards Trint does an excellent job of recognizing and rewarding hard work.

Working at Trint has an amazing experience. It's the first time in ten years of my career, here in England, that I find a place that really care about what people think and feel.

The company have changed so much in 7 months, making processes better and working in creating a collaborative environment based on bottom up decisions. People here are all brilliant!

The HR team has been working hard to create a diverse environment and they are succeeding. I'm not only talking about hiring but also the culture. We all respect each other at Trint (in both Canada and London offices) and embrace each other culture. I'm neither British nor Canadian but I've never felt more relaxed in being myself!

The onboarding process was helpful and exposes employees to different departments. Personally, I thought this was a great way to get to know others that aren't directly related to your department and contribute to the wider company in different ways.

My manager is fantastic! Not only is he there to create a consistent workload, he is also thoughtful of different priorities and tasks. Very approachable, friendly, and reliable which has helped me as in my own role!

The company has doubled in size since lockdown which gives you a sense that Trint is only just getting started! The company is positioned well to be a major tool for teams in remote work and beyond

For a company of its size and age Trint has an amazing focus on DNI. A lot of these initiatives came from internal conversations from actually employees who thought we could be doing more and are fully supported by leadership to do so.
