Turing Labs' mission is to cease countless iterations, and help get products right the first time.
Reformulation and innovation are key in R&D processes when creating consumer-packed goods (CPG), but the iterative process can be time-consuming. R&D workers must aggregate market data, analyze it, and conduct a series of iterative trial-and-error product reformulations, often unsuccessfully and thus resulting in further iterations.
Turing Labs provides an AI-driven R&D platform for CPGs, helping companies to innovate and develop their products to compete in market segments at high speed. The platform achieves this through building an actionable knowledge base from company and market data, visualizing theoretical products through market benchmarks, and ultimately leveraging AI to test innovations and reformulations in minutes.
Whilst critics argue that AI is not yet capable of emulating the iterative process of R&D, Turing Labs recognizes this, providing its technology for human-interrupted AI processes to augment the capabilities of R&D teams, instead of claiming to automate it. The company has received substantial funding that will help accelerate R&D and widen operations into the future, with a focus on its software's potential to solve reformulation challenges that would be difficult for humans to achieve due to the mass of data involved.
