San Jose-based Typhur Technology is a culinary innovation company developing smart kitchen appliances for the US and overseas markets.
The company's flagship product, the Sous Vide Station, debuted at the beginning of 2023 and is set to be made publicly available around the third quarter of the year. While sous vide (meaning "under vacuum") technology is nothing new, dating back to the late 1700s, it has been a process used exclusively by high-end restaurants. With the launch of Typhur Sous Vide Station, the company is making high-end cooking appliances available to anyone and everyone.
With early backing from Jiupai Capital and Bright Future Technology Holdings, Typhur has been able to launch its first product and begin focusing on the development of other kitchen appliances - including the Typhur InstaProbe - and work towards its vision of bringing intelligent technology to kitchens everywhere.
