Unite was founded in 1991, and has since grown into the UK's largest student accommodation provider. The company now houses 74,000 students in the country, and owns more than 170 buildings. In recent years, Unite has proven that it has the agility to navigate the ever-changing property market, selling off inefficient properties and focusing its attention on high-reward areas.
Unite Students is utilizing the influx of funds that their recent disposal scheme has brought in to sustain their rental growth. Maintaining this growth will be key to their success in the years to come.
