To make city life better, one treatment at a time.

Traditionally, there've been many problems on both sides of the wellness marketplace. Practitioners weren't taking much revenue from treatments, whilst the customers need for on-demand service was not being met. When you solve burning pains on both sides of the marketplace, it's easier to scale, and Urban has done this.
Technology is making it more convenient for people to spend more on their well-being. Cutting out the middle layer of salons/spas allows more of the revenues to be transferred to practitioners.
Urban has also built a brand that customers can trust and provided a top experience (like you'd expect from Airbnb) when booking a massage or treatment.
