Company mission

To unleash the clean energy revolution by unlocking data.

Our take

Accessing and utilizing data from energy resources is vital for everyone in the energy ecosystem, but this can be a difficult process. UtilityAPI solves this problem with its utility data service.

UtilityAPI is headed up by a team of energy industry veterans, and this has enabled the company to identify key pain-points in the utility data lifecycle. UtilityAPI offers a service that automates and collects utility bill and usage data via utility web portals. This has numerous applications, from quote generation to asset management. UtilityAPI's service has proven popular with energy giants such as GE, EDF and Shell, which is testament to its value.

UtilityAPI has scaled at an impressive pace since it launched, and with demand for energy data tools rising (accelerated by growing concerns about climate change), this growth is set to continue. A significant recent funding round will help to ensure this.
