Our take
Connectivity infrastructure is vital, especially as more and more people rely on their home connections for remote and hybrid work. However, the planning, design and operation of fiber optic networks are often stymied by a lack of reliable data. VETRO provides software for ISP providers and other communication firms to manage their fiber networks from a single hub.
Founded in 2017, VETRO has swiftly grown into a major player in this space, with companies across almost every US state and in 25 other countries using the platform for management and collaboration in network planning and as a system of record. Able to provide significant cost savings and rapidly increasing the speed of infrastructure projects, it has more than doubled its annual revenue each year since 2020 and rapidly expanded its customer base.
VETRO has raised growth capital which will be used for research and development and to continue its expansion into new international markets. As public funding and private capital is investing more and more heavily in essential broadband infrastructure, VETRO is in an excellent position to continue its rapid growth in this market.
