Our take
Launched in 2019, London-based Veremark is a background screening and reference checking platform, offering an automated platform for businesses to verify employee credentials.
Early seed funding saw the company expand within the pre-employment screening market. It also developed an API offering so that other service providers could plug Veremark’s verification engine into their service. This helped companies expand their reach and presence beyond the confines of their own four walls.
Veremark is an exciting business to watch grow, and investors agree, with the company securing several rounds of funding over the years. This has supported the penetration of new markets and continued development of its products, with the latest raised being invested in international expansion.
