Company mission

To revitalize the American manufacturing sector by allowing businesses to “variablize” labor costs in small increments.

32% employee growth in 12 months

Our take

In the manufacturing industry, fixed labor models are common despite being susceptible to instability - with unstable times such as those caused by the global pandemic really highlighting the depth of this industry shortcoming. Veryable helps customers “variablize” their labour costs by instead connecting companies to the staff they need, when they need them.

Veryable was founded in 2017 to combat inefficient production caused by poor workforce-to-task partnering. It is essentially a marketplace to match skilled workers with jobs; enabling companies to add flexibility to their workforce (for example to replace ill staff, or expand its workforce to meet a short-term demand boom), and workers to avoid periods of being unemployed.

The company has found opportunity in the labor crisis, experiencing strong growth and expanding across the US. To continue this expansion into the future, it will need to ensure its product offering is enhanced - as there will no doubt be competitors to contend with. It is certainly on to something though, with some key, popular features including that workers can manage their jobs in the Veryable app, and are ensured next-day pay for their labor.
