Company mission

To provide businesses with dedicated, skilled remote assistants to handle time-consuming tasks, allowing them to focus on core objectives and scale their operations efficiently without the overhead of traditional employees.

Our take

AI assistants have become a commonplace B2B offering, providing businesses with AI agents that automate excess manual work and save companies time and money. Wing Assistant stands out from the crowd with its affordable subscription service, offering a more flexible option that allows businesses to pay monthly fees as needed.

Spun out of a Berkeley University accelerator programme, the Wing General Virtual Assistant can take on admin and personal work such as calendar and email and response management, basic research and reports, invoice and expenses tracking and travel arrangements, freeing up time for companies. Its subscriptions offer either full-time or part-time assistants, meaning Wing is suitable for both emerging and established companies.

The Wing General Virtual Assistant is used by names such as DoorDash and Chick-fil-A. And off the back of its 2022 seed funding, the company is steadily growing its team into the thousands.
