Our take

WorkStep is an Employee Lifecycle Management platform. Through its products Source, and Retain, it helps companies onboard (and keep onboard) their hourly supply chain workforce. The company also helps employees access training and placements.

Without a robust hire and retention strategy, unexpected shortfalls in staffing or high turnover periods can be a real drain on morale - and the company’s bottom line. So WorkStep’s Retain product is the answer to a real market demand, and this has come through in the figures. Since its launch, Workstep business had more than doubled, it became profitable, and the company won significant new investment.

WorkStep has been quick to capitalize on this upswing, and is aggressively expanding its workforce with an eye to scaling. Having already secured big-name clients like Transpak and Kroger, WorkStep looks set to continue with real momentum.
