To help people control their household subscriptions & reduce their Carbon footprint.
Youtility is tapping into open banking to help people track their household expenses and switch utility suppliers. The company addresses the problem of utility companies taking advantage of their customers and charging for their loyalty.
Youtility's app securely connects together the users' bank accounts and identifies home finance providers and how much they are costing the user. This platform is helping people to stay on top of their finances by flagging high bills, future payments, contract end dates and offers in-app provider switching services. Although there are other separate platforms for personal finance management and utility comparisons, Youtility seamlessly blends the two services helping consumers take control of their finances.
The company's future plans include development into its app, as well as facilitating expansion through strategic partnerships, including those with Wagestream, a financial wellbeing solutions provider, and Tink, an open banking platform.
