Our take

Designed to replace legacy record-keeping systems, ZILO's platform covers all aspects of a transfer agency's day-to-day, from registry to reconciliation to reporting. By integrating all these needs, it boasts the ability to replace disparate alternatives, which should make it a valuable option in the space.

Highlighting this potential is a $27 million Series A funding round obtained in 2024, co-led by FISV and Portage. With this fresh investment, ZILO plans to accelerate product development, expand into new markets and pursue strategic partnerships through which it hopes to broaden its offering.
