Zaptic's mission is to improve the lives of frontline workers, by supporting safety, autonomy, productivity and continuous learning in frontline jobs.
53% employee growth in 12 months
Zaptic’s “connected worker platform” is designed to smooth the digital transformation of industrial work processes through its no-code tool, which digitizes shop floor workflows and management protocols, making them accessible to all employees.
The end goal of the platform is to unlock more productivity, better workplace safety, and more efficient skills and knowledge transfer between staff at different levels of seniority. Zaptic was ahead of the curve in many ways, with its 2015 launch easily pre-dating the present-day noise around industry 4.0 and digital collaboration.
This headstart on the competition allowed Zaptic to really come to the fore during the Covid-19 lockdowns, but its solutions look set to stay put given the extra productivity it's able to bring clients.
With some high-profile customers such as Carlsberg and Danone already on the books, and many more companies needing to manoeuvre towards more digital processes, Zaptic’s future prospects look bright.
