Combining the security and protection of an FCA-regulated product, along with the experience of a range of lettings industry partners, the Zero Deposit Guarantee has already helped thousands of tenants move home and provided landlords with protection worth millions.
The Zero Deposit Guarantee is backed by Munich Re, a world-leading re-insurer, which gives agents and landlords additional peace of mind knowing the product has serious financial backing. Zero Deposit works with more than 75% of the UK’s top 50 letting agents that use deposit alternatives.
With the appeal that such a product offers, deposit replacement products may well become a de-facto deposit choice for tenancies in the UK, a future that the industry will have to adapt to.
