Its products aid buyers and property owners in winning more deals and making better decisions with their market data. In short, Asset Bird streamlines the processes of real estate portfolios so that more time can be spent buying and managing assets.
Though not a novel concept within the fintech world, assetbird is one of the leading platforms in Europe for real estate deal management. Its popularity is in part due to its making real estate acquisitions 80% faster and is used by large and small-scale enterprises to record offers, evaluate market data, prioritise tasks and economise transactions.
2024 funding is being channelled into expanding the platform and the team, a boon at a time when the real estate sector is experiencing a downturn due to an increase in interest rates and construction costs.
