Our take
Digitisation within the travel sector has still not reached all travel providers, with many inefficiently marketing or selling their services on the web. Many travellers use travel sites to be provided with specific recommendations that they otherwise would not have been privy to, and the lack of such a service creates low customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, whilst travelling, many local activity providers do not offer services online, but only operate on a face-to-face scale due to difficulties with obtaining effective software.
Bookingkit offers a SaaS platform to manage digital bookings for businesses in the leisure and activity sector. The company aims to ease the logistical burdens of travel booking for companies by providing an integrated, centralised service that handles the end-to-end process, including provisions for customer support and cancellations.
