Company mission

To revolutionise how software is created through AI for code.

49% employee growth in 12 months

Our take

Java code runs billions of lines in today's productions, and because of this, companies need to be able to deliver top-quality software at a rapid pace. Unit tests help ensure that organisations' software has fewer defects as well as exposing bugs earlier, in turn improving the readability of the code.

Diffblue is the creator of the world's first AI-for-code solutions, which automates writing Java unit tests, helping software teams improve code quality, expand their test coverage and improve productivity. Spun out of the University of Oxford, Diffblue has raised significant funding, highlighting the excitement of the market at its solutions.

Diffblue's high-profile investors include the likes of IP Group, Oxford Science Enterprises, Goldman Sachs and Oxford University. On top of its success so far, the company is preparing for a new stage of growth, for which it has raised yet more funding and appointed a new CEO.
