Company mission
fieldmargin makes easy to use software for farmers to help them to manage their business. Their goal is to make it straight-forward for farmers to keep good farm records by bringing all the information they need into one place to help make better farming decisions.
Our take
fieldmargin was founded in 2015 by a Hertfordshire farmer, after he experienced frustration with the antiquated and expensive solutions on offer.
fieldmargin provide a simple and flexible way for farmers, agronomists, operators and accountants to record, analyse & share spatial and crop data on the web or mobile. They are also building integrations with external data sources, including satellite/drone imagery, IoT sensor outputs, yield maps and machinery telematics. Importantly, the app works without signal.
As technology solutions remain scarce in the agriculture industry, fieldmargin has many areas for growth where it could provide invaluable time-saving features for farmers.
