Our take
Invisible was founded in 2015 as an outsourcing solution for companies. From tech support to onboarding processes, Invisible matches technology with people to help keep clients’ workforces efficient.
Invisible differs from the typical recruitment site in that it has diversified its product pool by using AI to match jobs to people. The company’s more specialist roles help it focus on specific markets, and keep its job matches sharp. Remote-enabled job openings are another benefit of Invisible’s process. The flexibility of remote work means that the company can more easily match their client requests with the right candidate, regardless of where they’re based - further helping Invisible stand out from the crowd.
