Company mission

To connect students with companies for online tech projects that deliver real industry experience without the traditional barriers.

Our take

A chasm has formed between university training and securing a foot on the first rung of a career. This is especially true within the competitive world of tech where one internship is available for every 5 students, and junior software engineers require an average of 3.42 years of experience. Valyfy’s solution is a platform on which IT students and recent graduates can learn valuable tech skills whilst contributing to fixing bugs and problems for real businesses.

Valyfy’s founding team has first-hand experience within the tech internship market, and this has shaped the kind of projects it advertises on the platform. Regular challenges include front-end and back-end development, AI training and web development.

Though a young company, Valyfy has the potential to kickstart and remove barriers for a new generation of tech engineers. It’s already secured partnerships with the likes of Sertie.io, so it’ll be interesting to see how this gap bridger evolves over the next few years.
