To transform tiresome work training processes, making enterprise learning fast, simple and efficient, and enabling users to frictionlessly engage with corporate training in their flow of work.
Our take
The traditional approach to corporate training (involving slideshows and seminars), is failing to keep up with more modern employers. And this is what zick learn is setting out to change with its text-based microlearning platform.
Built in partnership with Berkeley, zick learn creates and delivers text based courses through main chat apps (like WhatsApp & Slack). It completely moves away from training that takes a long period of time, with courses taking on average 3 mins to complete.
There's considerable opportunity in this space, with the corporate e-learning market set to hit $665.5 Bn by 2032 and microlearning being proven to improve long term retention by 80% (nearly double traditional learning). zick learn is well placed to make an impact, and have raised funding to increase its headcount and accelerate growth throughout Ireland, the UK and across Europe.
