Who you are
- You should have a strong grasp of the web design and development process, and a deep familiarity with site accessibility, discovery & SEO products
- Experience designing complex products, preferably experience in:
- Designing Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Deep familiarity with site accessibility, discovery & SEO products
- Some 0-1 experience
- Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English
- Demonstrate a history of shipping features with a high bar for craft
- Are a strong systems thinker
- Have experience with Webflow and other web design and development tools and have a passion for empowering creators and democratizing the web design and development process
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to focus on enhancing the discoverability & accessibility of content published on Webflow to maximize the impact of our customers’ sites
- This Product Designer will play a critical part in accelerating Webflow’s next phase of growth, and help our customers enhance their reach
- Reporting to the Director of Product Design
- Design exceptional end-to-end customer experiences based on qualitative and quantitative data to drive customer and business outcomes
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to explore complex problem spaces and identify potential solutions
- Regularly engage with customers to develop a thorough understanding of their needs and pain points
- Proactively collaborate with other teams to untangle complex technical and user experience dependencies
- Deliver high-quality designs and specs to clearly communicate product design requirements for engineers
- In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role
- Champion customer insights from research or usage data in your process
- Communicate, design, and document thoughtfully with specific audiences in mind
- Build effective partnerships with engineering, product and other cross functional partners
- Proactively seek out and consider feedback gracefully in order to continuously integrate, improve, and iterate your work and skills
- Have a bias towards action working on complex products at a high growth, scaling company
