Integrations Software Engineer, Zinc Work

• TypeScript:
• You’ll be coding backend systems that partners rely on. Strong TypeScript skills ensure you can create efficient, maintainable solutions for real-world use
• API Design:
• Integrations are at the heart of what we do. Your ability to design scalable, intuitive APIs will be key to enabling seamless connections between Zinc and our partners
• AWS:
• Our cloud infrastructure supports everything Zinc does. Your familiarity with AWS, ensures our integrations remain fast and reliable at scale
• External APIs:
• You’ll work with a variety of partner APIs, from JSON to XML. Understanding their quirks will help you build robust connections that “just work.”

Desirable

• Reporting To: Sanjeev, VP Engineering
• Designing integrations with Zinc’s HRTech ecosystem, usually ATS' and HRIS'
• Build and maintain robust, scalable APIs and webhooks that enable seamless data sharing between systems
• Lead onboarding and support for enterprise customers. You will be the go-to person for technical solutions
• Partner with external teams to troubleshoot, enhance, and refine integration workflows
• Work directly with our Partnerships team to ensure Zinc’s API is user-friendly, well-documented, and delivers value
• Influence the API roadmap with feedback from partners and customers
• Liaise with internal teams, from Partnerships, Account Management & Customer Success, to prioritise integration development
