Technical Customer Success Manager, Volteras

• 2–4 years in a customer-facing technical role at a SaaS or API-driven company (e.g. Technical Support, Customer Success, Implementation or Solutions)
• Hands-on API experience: you've debugged customer integrations and can explain APIs and data flows to developers and business stakeholders
• You've run customer onboarding or implementations yourself, from kickoff to go-live
• You've owned a portfolio of customer accounts as their main point of contact
• You've handled renewals or expansions in a previous role
• You've built or improved a trial, onboarding or support process in a previous role
• Experience using Slack and a CRM such as HubSpot

Desirable

• Be a friendly, reliable point of contact for your customers, responding quickly via Slack, email and calls
• Support prospects and customers through trials, answering most technical and product questions yourself
• Run technical onboarding and make sure customers are live and successfully integrated
• Troubleshoot technical issues, working with engineers when needed, and documenting solutions and FAQs as you go
• Keep an eye on customer usage and health, flagging risks and growth opportunities early
• Help run new use cases and expansions end to end alongside the Customer Success Lead (this is not a quota-carrying role): engage customers on what they need (such as a new data set), map out the requirements, and support updates to their contract and order form
• Capture structured customer feedback and share it with Product
• Spot gaps in how we work and help close them, whether that's improving an onboarding checklist, tightening a handover or writing up a repeatable fix
• Help shape the role itself: Volteras is a startup with no fixed playbook, so what you take on and where you choose to go deep will define how this role grows
• What success looks like:
• By month 3: you're running customer onboarding solo
• By month 4: you fully own your own set of accounts
• By month 6: you're contributing to our knowledge base
