Role
Who you are
- 5+ years quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS sales, with proven success closing large, complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals (2,000+ employees) ideally across multiple industries
- Competent in enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDDPICC) with strong ability to manage complex stakeholders including legal, procurement, security, and executive teams
- Proven expertise in account mapping, multi-threading to build champions and reach economic buyers, and deal orchestration; comfortable operating with ambiguity and shaping process as needed
- Strong pipeline generation, territory coverage, and disciplined forecasting with command of your pipeline

- Confident with VP/C-suite conversations and skilled at working cross-functionally to unblock deals and drive customer alignment

What the job involves
- We’re growing rapidly in the US, Europe, and beyond. To maximize and capture the demand for our product, we’re adding to our sales team
- This will accelerate our growth, deepen our engagement with our community of customers and prospects, and help us set the foundations for a broader build-out of our sales team in 2025
- Prospect and identify enterprise accounts that would benefit from our AI recruiting platform, building and managing a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Develop expert-level insight on the impact and pragmatic application of AI in the recruiting process
- Win complex sales with many stakeholders from first contact, to pitch, to close
- Feed your hard-earned learnings from the market into the founders and product team, so we can continue to improve a category-defining product
- Build an extensive network by working with the next generation of iconic companies
Our take
Hiring is one of the highest-stakes decisions a company makes, yet it still runs largely on gut instinct. The talent acquisition software market is worth roughly $25 billion, but the interviews at its core, arguably the richest source of hiring signal, have historically vanished the moment they end. Capturing that unstructured conversation and turning it into usable data is a genuinely hard problem, and a fast-growing corner of the market.
Metaview was founded by Siadhal Magos and Shahriar Tajbakhsh, who saw the gap in hiring data first-hand while scaling Uber and Palantir. Built as an AI-native platform, it has captured over three million interviews, a proprietary and context-rich dataset that is hard to replicate. The company has raised more than $50 million from top-tier investors, with Google Ventures leading its Series B, and is growing five times year on year, with coverage in Fortune, Forbes, TechCrunch and The Times.
The pitch is to automate the toil and augment the human, and the depth of Metaview's hiring data sets it apart. But general-purpose AI notetakers and established hiring platforms are circling the same ground, and tightening regulation around AI and bias in recruitment adds pressure.
