What the job involves
- Immuta is the Data Authorization Company, helping the world’s largest organizations control who, and what, can access their data
- The way enterprises access data is fundamentally changing. Organizations are racing to put data to work across analytics and AI, while AI copilots and agents are emerging as an entirely new class of data consumer. Traditional approaches built around tickets, static permissions, and manual approvals were not designed for this speed, scale, or complexity
- Immuta provides the authorization layer for modern data and AI. Our platform enables organizations to provision governed access to data by policy, by request, and dynamically for AI agents, so people and AI can access the data they need while enterprises maintain security, compliance, and control
- For Chief Data Officers, that means making enterprise data dramatically easier to access and use without giving up governance. For AI leaders, it means giving AI agents secure, governed access to enterprise data so they can move from experimentation into production
- Founded in 2015, Immuta is trusted by Fortune 500 companies and government agencies worldwide
- Our technology ecosystem includes Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Okta, ServiceNow, Teradata, Alation, Atlan, and Starburst — connecting Immuta to the data, cloud, identity, and enterprise platforms powering modern data and AI environments
- Immuta has been recognized by Forbes as a top American startup employer, by Inc. Magazine and Built In as one of the best workplaces, and by Fast Company as one of the world’s most innovative companies
- Immuta has raised $263 million from investors including NightDragon, Snowflake, Databricks, ServiceNow, Citi Ventures, Dell Technologies Capital, DFJ Growth, IAG, Intel Capital, March Capital, Okta Ventures, StepStone, Ten Eleven Ventures, and Wipro Ventures
- We operate as a hybrid workplace with offices in Boston, MA; Columbus, OH; and College Park, MD
- Immuta’s Customer Success team helps customers realize measurable value from Immuta’s Data Authorization Platform, enabling them to provision governed access to data safely and at scale. We partner closely with customers and internal teams to drive adoption, strengthen outcomes, and build long-term relationships that support retention and growth
- Across EMEA, the team works with organizations operating in complex, multi-country environments. We bring together customer empathy, technical fluency, and regional awareness to help customers navigate data governance, privacy, security, and data residency requirements while advancing their business goals
- As a Senior Customer Success Manager for the EMEA region, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers across the region
- You’ll guide customers through onboarding, implementation, adoption, optimization, and renewal, helping them achieve measurable business outcomes with Immuta’s Data Authorization Platform
- You’ll partner with technical stakeholders, business leaders, and executives to define success plans, demonstrate value, manage risks, and identify opportunities to expand the customer relationship
- This is a high-impact role for a customer-focused professional who combines strategic relationship management with enough technical depth to engage in complex data and cloud environments
- The role reports to the VP of Customer Success. Travel may be required according to the needs of the business
- Partner with senior customer stakeholders to define desired outcomes, establish success measures, and build actionable adoption roadmaps
- Lead onboarding, deployment, and integration programs across modern data platforms and cloud environments, coordinating internal and customer teams to support successful implementation
- Manage enterprise customer relationships across EMEA through the full customer lifecycle, including adoption, value realization, renewal planning, and expansion
- Monitor account health, usage, risks, and customer progress; create mitigation plans and maintain accurate renewal forecasts
- Conduct business reviews, executive sessions, workshops, and enablement programs that communicate value, strengthen adoption, and align stakeholders on next steps
- Advise customers on data governance, access control, privacy, security, and applicable regional requirements, including GDPR and data residency considerations
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and technical delivery teams to resolve blockers, align customer needs with Immuta’s roadmap, and deliver a consistent customer experience
- Capture customer feedback, implementation patterns, and market insights to inform product improvements and strengthen customer success practices
- Identify opportunities for additional use cases, advocacy, and expansion by connecting customer priorities to the value Immuta can deliver
- Contribute to regional customer success playbooks, best practices, and knowledge-sharing initiatives that improve scale and consistency across EMEA
Salary benchmarks
Our take
Immuta provides a cloud-native data governance platform for organizations to automate data access control, security, and privacy compliance, ensuring each user who queries data sees only the data they’re supposed to see, for their approved purpose or role.
The platform gives data engineers and operations teams universal access to data in order to automate and control access throughout the cloud infrastructure. It does so by utilizing attribute-based access control, which both enhances scalability and improves ease of access.
This enhanced data efficiency has become coveted among many organizations, including Credit Suisse and Daimler. Immuta's operations have successfully expanded across Europe and the UK. And, with data analytics being an integral component of all future business operations, the company is well set to continue its success.
