Who you are
- Experience with workflow automation or B2B SaaS is a plus as well
- 8+ years of experience in product management with a track record of successfully launching and iterating on complex products
- You are a systems thinker and are able to break down complex problems into their component parts, understanding the levers available to you and estimate potential impact of each
- Ability to synthesize complex internal needs across the company while considering both customer value and future growth
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
- Past experience in making key strategic decisions that affect the business as a whole
- Proven leadership capabilities, demonstrating the ability to inspire and mentor cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What the job involves
- Pearl is in search of a Lead Product Manager, who is passionate about leading complex, high impact projects and setting vision for our 3rd party partnerships at Pearl and how to create net-new product solutions
- As we are at a pivotal moment of growth in our organization, this role will spearhead Pearl's go to market strategy with partners who leverage our suite of AI solutions to maximize patient education, workflow automation and workflow efficiency
- As the Lead Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and execution
- You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to build our product roadmap with the company's overarching vision
- Additional responsibilities include: gathering requirements, determining key metrics, writing specifications, prioritizing projects, user testing, and partnering with engineering on execution
- This role will report to the Chief Product Officer
- Work closely with executive leadership and act as the driving force to define and execute the organization’s overall product strategy
- Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, including 3rd party platform integrations
- Understand, identify and measure bottlenecks to scaling the business and deliver solutions to automate and unblock
- Establish key metrics to measure product success and drive organizational scalability
- Wireframe and design UX for our web-based products
- Stay up to date on AI and other technical developments that can be used to improve our products

There is an inconsistency in dentistry on how dental issues are diagnosed. Traditional methods rely heavily on a dentist's judgement, making it hard to ensure truly accurate results. This can lead to incorrect or missed diagnoses, affecting patients' care and trust in dental professionals.
To tackle this, Pearl uses advanced AI technology that helps dentists read X-rays more accurately and consistently. Its AI tools provide real-time assistance by offering clear, data-driven insights for better diagnoses that can be communicated more effectively to patients.
Its technology is approved for use in over 120 countries and is recognized as one of TIME's best Inventions. Recent backing fuels Pearl's plans to further develop its AI tools and expand its impact worldwide. This funding will also help create more features like 3D disease detection.
