Marketing Lead, TruFin Labs

• The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in marketing within the crypto or fintech space, capable of both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing role within the crypto, fintech, or Web3 sectors
• Demonstrable understanding of blockchain technology and DeFi primitives (staking, liquidity, DeFi, etc.)
• Proven success managing social media and brand channels for a startup or protocol
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong grasp of narrative building and audience targeting
• Self-starter who can work independently and take full ownership of campaigns and deliverables
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, creatives, and developers

• We are looking for a driven and crypto-native Marketing Lead to take ownership of TruFin’s marketing and brand strategy. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is excited to shape the voice, presence, and growth of a Web3-native brand
• You’ll be responsible for building TruFin’s digital presence, developing community engagement strategies, and driving awareness across multiple channels
• Own and execute TruFin’s overall marketing strategy across social, content, digital, and events
• Manage all company social media channels, including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Telegram, with a focus on growing follower base and engagement
• Develop TruFin’s brand voice and visual identity in coordination with internal teams and external designers
• Create and manage content calendars, newsletters, blogs, video scripts, and partner announcements
• Work with ecosystem partners, media, and influencers to expand brand reach and market TruFin's offerings
• Lead campaign strategy and execution for product launches, token announcements, and protocol updates
• Analyse and report on marketing KPIs and campaign performance to guide decisions and prioritisation
• Represent TruFin at industry events, conferences, and online forums, helping to grow the company’s visibility in the crypto space
• Coordinate marketing efforts across internal product, BD, and ecosystem teams
