- This role combines analytical skills with operational excellence to enhance our benefits management processes
What the job involves
- The Mintago Benefits Operations Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring accurate data management and reporting across our benefits platforms
- You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity between various systems, generating comprehensive benefits reports, and supporting the customer success team in delivering excellent service to clients utilizing our benefits solutions
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of benefits data across all integrated platforms
- Generate and maintain comprehensive reports for benefits utilisation and performance
- Optimise data flow between different benefits systems and platforms
- Support customer success initiatives through data-driven insights
- Maintain compliance with benefits reporting requirements
- Drive operational efficiency through process improvement and automation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits data in:
- Benefits administration platform
- Customer reporting dashboards
- Coordinate data synchronization between multiple benefits providers and internal systems
- Perform regular audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Create and maintain automated reporting workflows for benefit utilisation metrics
- Generate custom reports for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support the customer success team with benefits-related data queries
- Document processes and create training materials for benefits data management
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline benefits reporting processes
- Collaborate with the product team to enhance reporting capabilities
- Assist in troubleshooting data discrepancies and resolving system integration issues
- Provide data-driven insights to support customer success initiatives
- Monitor and report on key benefits metrics and trends
- Support end users with any queries or escalations
- Provide feedback to internal teams for product development
- Use Google Sheets to process, transform and analyse data
