Role
Who you are
- A people person to the core, you enjoy working closely with prospective clients to build trust, understand their needs and effectively communicate solutions. You’re experienced at managing multiple sales processes at the same time through various stages to get deals across the finish line, while keeping the broader sales organization informed
- Highly organized self-starter with the ability to multitask efficiently. Always aware of what’s next on your list and the main priorities for the day
- You enjoy working with prospects to develop a value proposition specific to the client’s needs and business goals
- Manage an existing pipeline of potential accounts and be the main point of contact
- You’re ready to be a subject matter expert on the product and learn industry practices
- 6+ years of sales experience in software/technology business
- 2+ years of sales experience working deals with ACVs of $250k+
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate and/or Proptech, strongly preferred
- Past experience in a startup environment, preferred
- Proven track record of meeting sales quota and metrics
- Ability to understand Cove’s product and build great relationships with potential clients and portfolios
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- A self-starter excited to work in a new environment and contribute to building new processes as we grow
- Experience with HubSpot or another CRM
- Some travel may be required

- We’re looking for an experienced, energetic Enterprise Account Executive to help drive some of the biggest opportunities in our pipeline and work directly with the most influential players in real estate. As we execute on our mission to become the market leader, it’s critical that we not only grow, but actively partner with and support the largest and most sophisticated owners and operators in the world — and that’s where you come in
- This is a highly visible, high-touch Enterprise sales role that requires travel and in-person engagement as part of a complex, relationship-driven sales process. Some sample Cove clients that are similar to the accounts you would be targeting include: RXR, Nuveen, BioMed Realty, and Perform Properties
Our take
Despite digital innovation in most sectors, the way we interact with real estate and office spaces has been left relatively untouched. Whilst the concept of smart homes and offices does present an exception, this mostly concerns interacting with innovative hardware as opposed to the physical spaces that already exist within a property.
Cove builds technology and user experiences for real estate owners and business offices, aiming to augment them with cutting-edge technology. This includes space reservation software, guest check-ins, communication displays and room-viewing booking systems. The company also provides services such as catering, internet and workspace design.
Remote working has had a dramatic effect on the way people see their workplaces and living spaces, leading to many startups addressing convenience and technology in spaces. However, cove has taken a unique approach to the matter, providing all-in-one innovation management and service packages to optimise the value it provides.
