- As a Partner Relations Manager, you will play a role in driving success for our industry customers
- Throughout your engagements, you will gain insights into the solutions they are developing to impact their respective industries
- Your primary responsibility will be to deliver top-quality customer service, ensuring that your customers have everything they need to succeed
- Additionally, your feedback and ideas will help us refine our processes and products, contributing to Unity's expansion across various industries
- Being a PRM will offer you the opportunity to connect with numerous companies, learn from cutting-edge technology, and collaborate with Unity experts to enable customer success
- Engage with the customers during their subscription
- Understand and align with customers' goals, projects, and priorities, ensuring the use of Unity's services
- Raise internal visibility of customer projects
- Identify and collaborate with Unity teams to remove technical and nontechnical blockers
- Provide insights to improve Unity's understanding of our customers
