Who you are

- We are seeking a visionary engineering leader, to lead user management and trust & safety engineering efforts. You'll shape technical strategy, build high-performing teams, and foster innovation while partnering closely Product, Legal and Marketing teams
- Lead engineering of user management and trust & safety, with the goal of making Quizlet users have a safe, engaging, rewarding and community-driven experience
- Drive execution excellence with a culture of shipping high-quality products rapidly
- Integrate AI technologies throughout our product development lifecycle
- Build lean, high-impact teams that maximize developer productivity and outcomes
- Balance maintaining current systems while evolving toward next-generation architecture
- Foster a strong engineering culture centered on ownership, innovation, and quality
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Help shape our engineering organizational structure as we grow
- Help evaluate M&A opportunities, partner integrations, and build for future expansions of consumer experiences (such as, games, enterprise)
