Role
Who you are
- 1+ years of experience drafting media plans for digital advertising campaigns
- Foundational understanding of the full digital marketing landscape, including social media platforms, DSPs and programmatic advertising
- Ability to work cross functionally with account teams and other internal partners
- Track record of success in past project management roles
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for process improvement and experience and familiarity with client-facing presentations and reports
- Exposure to custom-list targeting and an understanding of the nuances of reaching individuals 1 to 1 through digital advertising
- Nice to Have: Trafficking experience with programmatic and social platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Twitter Ads
What the job involves
- As a Campaign Specialist, you will serve as a key member of the Campaign Management team within Client Services. You will assist with media planning and ad trafficking, as well as liaising with AdOps and external media partners
- This is a client facing role. You’ll partner closely with account teams on internal and client calls to ensure every managed service campaign is backed by media expertise, clean execution, and recommendations grounded in both industry and company best practices
- This role will report to a Campaign Manager within the Client Services team
- Build custom-audience media plans inclusive of social and programmatic channels that meet client KPIs
- Manage trafficking requests with AdOps team or external media partners, ensuring ads meet platform specifications and launch accurately
- Communicate launch expectations with account teams and elevate potential blockers that may cause delays
- Check dashboards daily to ensure data integrity, appropriate pacing and efficient resolution of data inaccuracies
- Review reporting deliverables and recommend optimizations based on performance
- Join client calls on listening mode and advise on specific media questions

While it's unclear if the UFC is currently a client, Emanuel's involvement signals the high-profile clients Applecart is now attracting. Further success has come in the form of Blackstone's impressive $100 million investment in Applecart, setting up 2026 to be a year of further growth for the company.
