Founding Product Manager, GovWell

• 4+ years of full-time product management experience
• You have a proven track record of launching and scaling products in B2B SaaS, ideally with enterprise SaaS customers
• Experience working with technical teams to build products that integrate with complex systems or workflows
• Hands-on experience with product discovery techniques, such as customer interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
• Experience implementing and maintaining tooling for roadmap visualization, backlog management, or stakeholder communication (e.g., Notion, Linear)
• You're motivated by having a positive impact in the world
• You have a strong product sense and customer-focused mindset
