Who you are
- Experience in Customer-Facing Roles: Background in Customer Success, Support, or Account Management in SaaS or technology is highly valued
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build trust and credibility with diverse customer stakeholders
- Proactive Problem-Solver: Comfortable diagnosing issues, proposing solutions, and working autonomously to drive results
- Tech-Savvy & Agile: Confident navigating technology and adaptable to the fast-paced nature of a growing SaaS company
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for helping customers succeed and a natural ability to empathise with their needs

What the job involves
- Build Strong Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, deeply understanding their business needs and objectives
- Advocate for Success: Proactively and strategically ensure customers are achieving their desired outcomes with the DeepStream platform by providing tailored recommendations and guidance
- Seamless Onboarding: Lead the implementation process for new customers, ensuring they are set up for success from day one
- Training & Enablement: Provide customers with comprehensive product training and best practices tailored to their workflows
- Responsive Support: Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure prompt resolution to maintain satisfaction and trust
- Workflow Optimization: Help customers optimize their use of the platform through proactive advice and problem-solving
- Cross-Functional Input: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback, influence product improvements, and align on customer needs
- Customer Voice: Be the voice of the customer within DeepStream, advocating for features or changes that drive customer satisfaction
- Monitor Customer Health: Use key metrics to identify opportunities and risks, ensuring customers are on track to achieve their goals
- Success Planning: Create tailored success plans and conduct regular check-ins to maintain strong customer engagement
