Who you are
- You have experience designing consumer-facing digital products, ideally mobile-first experiences
- You actively use tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar LLMs as part of your design workflow
- You are comfortable experimenting with AI-assisted development tools (such as Clause Code), even if you are not writing production-level code
- You can take projects from ambiguous problem spaces to clear, executable design solutions
- You communicate design decisions effectively to cross-functional partners and leadership
- You have experience working in regulated environments or on financial products (preferred)
What the job involves
- Lead end-to-end design for trading products from early concepts through launch
- Collaborate with product creative, product managers, engineers, and researchers to define product direction and user experience
- Use large language models to explore product ideas, clarify user needs, and outline initial approaches, helping your team align quickly on direction
- Create and iterate on prototypes, shaping flows and interactions while partnering with engineers to bring the strongest concepts into production
- Translate complex financial and AI-driven concepts into clear, intuitive user interfaces
- Present design work to cross-functional partners and leadership, incorporating feedback into iterations
- Ensure designs meet quality standards, align with regulatory requirements, and support user trust
