Who you are
- You're a strategic and hands-on growth marketing practitioner who thrives in fast-paced environments. You have a proven track record of driving significant growth through product-led initiatives and a passion for experimentation
- You're equally comfortable diving deep into data analysis and crafting high-level growth strategies. Most importantly, you're an autonomous self-starter who
- 5-7 years of growth marketing experience, with demonstrated success in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of driving growth through product-led initiatives
- Strong expertise in data analysis, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization and funnel optimization
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful content and SEO strategies
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Desirable
- Experience in link management, URL shortening, or related SaaS products
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field
- Experience with PLG growth marketing in both B2B and B2C environments
- Knowledge of programming or technical skills (SQL, Python, HTML/CSS)
- Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
- History of speaking at industry conferences or publishing thought leadership content
What the job involves
- As Director of Growth Marketing, you'll drive our product-led growth strategy and lead initiatives that accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth
- You'll be the driving force behind our marketing strategy, combining data-driven decision-making with creative growth initiatives to scale Rebrandly’s link management solutions across diverse industries
- Design and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and revenue
- Lead end-to-end growth experiments, from hypothesis development through implementation and analysis
- Own key metrics, including user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth
- Develop and optimize our product-led growth funnel through continuous testing and iteration
- Build and execute data-driven customer segmentation strategies
- Lead website optimization initiatives to improve conversion rates across the user journey
- Create and implement strategic content and SEO initiatives that drive organic growth
- Establish testing frameworks and growth processes that can scale with the company
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives
- Build and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team

Dublin-based, French-founded Rebrandly is a branded link management platform that allows users to securely brand, analyze, and share custom URLs. Born out of ClickMeter, the company’s tools shorten lengthy links, increase brand awareness, improve conversion rates, and track analytics.
Indeed, there are other players helping creators securely manage their content performance, but Rebrandly is the only SaaS link management platform of its kind to achieve SOC2 compliance, hence customers can be confident that links are made safe and secure. It has worked with companies including PayPal, IBM Delta Air Lines, Land Rover, and Zillow, with offices across various continents.
The company is set for further expansion following a strategic 2022 investment led by Five Elms Capital. The significant investment will be used to accelerate growth (which has seen user growth already at 34% year over year), including the release of new products and features to optimize content performance. On the precipice of US and international expansion, this is an exciting moment for Rebrandly.
