Our take

Aidaly is aiming to help the millions of family caregivers in the US who provide billions of hours of care - often for little or no compensation. The company provides an online service which can help caregivers navigate the complex landscape of antiquated systems in the space, and access the benefits they deserve.

Competitors like Cariloop are similarly serving caregivers. However, while Cariloop operate as an employee benefit which frees up care-giving employees’ time for employers, Aidaly is more of a consumer-fintech. The company directly helps caregivers to be financially compensated for their work for the first time.

The company must now expand to onboard new users if it is to sustain growth trajectory. While reaching time-constrained caregivers at scale presents challenges, Aidaly has already demonstrated an ability to resonate with its target audience since launching in 2021. As awareness builds and trust deepens, the strength of its value proposition should continue to attract more caregivers seeking financial recognition for their work.
