Who you are
- A builder's bias: you'd rather ship a scrappy test this week than a perfect plan next quarter
- Fluency with data. You can pull it, read it, and defend a decision with it, without waiting on someone else
- Strong instincts for positioning and message, with the writing to back them up
- Comfort across the full stack of growth: paid, SEO/organic, lifecycle, and product-led motions
- Excellent cross-functional judgment. You can work shoulder to shoulder with engineers and founders and translate between them

- 5+ years in growth, performance, or product marketing, ideally at an early-stage startup
- Demonstrated ownership of a funnel or channel with real numbers behind it
- Experience building a self-serve or product-led growth motion is a strong plus
- Comfort with the modern growth stack: analytics, lifecycle/CRM, and experimentation tooling
- Good to have: experience marketing a technical or developer-facing product, or launching a new category
What the job involves
- Aviary is the platform for company-wide AI adoption, meeting people in the tools they already use, so AI spreads across every team instead of stalling out in a pilot

- The idea underneath it is that work is made of plays
- Aviary puts the repeatable ones on autopilot, and the ones that matter harden into deterministic workflows: the same run every time, branching on real data, auditable end to end, and cheaper the more you run them
- Aviary is looking for a growth marketer who thinks like a builder: someone who owns the funnel end to end, moves fast, and wants to define how a new category reaches the people who need it
- You'll partner with the founders, Product, and Engineering to turn a product people love into a motion that compounds
- This is a chance to shape how the market comes to understand company-wide AI adoption, not just execute against a plan someone else wrote
- Own the full acquisition funnel, from first touch to activated account, across paid, organic, lifecycle, and product-led channels
- Design and run experiments end to end: form the hypothesis, ship the test, read the data, and decide what scales
- Build the self-serve growth motion, turning free signups into active teams and active teams into company-wide adoption
- Partner with Product and Engineering to instrument the funnel, close the loop on what's working, and put the repeatable parts on autopilot
- Own positioning and messaging in-market, translating a technical product into language operators immediately understand
- Build the content and lifecycle engine (the sequences, the playbooks, the campaigns) that keeps compounding after you ship it
- Report on the metrics that matter (CAC, activation, retention, payback) and make the calls on where the next dollar and hour go
Our take
Cardiac rehabilitation has notoriously low participation rates, contributing to the re-hospitalization of nearly 50% of patients in the six months following a cardiac event. Aviary Health, formerly Recora, is looking to improve this by taking advantage of the home telehealth boom. Through the service, patients receive an exercise kit, tablet, and remote access to resources like training videos, consultations, and support groups so they can monitor and carry out their rehab from home.
The company is reporting remarkable numbers as a result: its program completion rates, for example, are nearly 90% compared to the 26% national average - and only around one in ten patients go on to be readmitted. These numbers will be crucial to help fuel Aviary's uptake by healthcare facilities across the US.
With heart disease management a nearly $230 billion issue in the US, it is no surprise that Aviary has several rivals, including Story Health, Moving Analytics, and Carda. Having rebranded in early 2026, Aviary is responding to the competition by expanding its services to help healthcare providers launch and scale more complex and ambitious clinical programs through its Aviary platform. This will be dedicated to the building of workflows, automation tools and administrative infrastructure to power clinical programs, complementing its patient-facing care products with back-end support.
