Enterprise Onboarding Lead, First AML

• Experience as a project manager leading complex projects, either within an enterprise organisation (such as technology, transformation or operational change programmes) or at a SaaS or technology vendor (such as enterprise implementations, onboarding or professional services engagements for clients)
• A track record of delivering multiple projects at once with many stakeholders, managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and change control from kick-off to close
• Confidence running project governance with senior stakeholders, including status reporting, steering committees, escalations and difficult conversations about scope or timing
• Experience working within, and improving, a structured delivery methodology or framework
• Commercial awareness: experience scoping work, supporting proposals or Statements of Work, and understanding how delivery affects margin and renewals
• Enough technical understanding to work credibly with client IT and engineering teams on integrations, APIs, single sign-on and data migration; coding experience is not required

Desirable

• Pre-sales collaboration: Partner with Account Executives to accurately scope requirements, design trials and proofs of concept, build business cases, and shape professional services proposals
• Risk and execution management: Identify complexities and risks early, ensuring what is sold can be delivered while helping client stakeholders build confidence to move to contract
• End-to-end project ownership: Manage onboarding for a portfolio of the largest and most complex clients from contract signature to go-live and adoption using First AML’s Enterprise Onboarding Methodology
• Governance and risk management: Establish structured project governance, maintain detailed project plans across multiple workstreams, and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control
• Cross-functional coordination: Coordinate internal resources across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Support, and Customer Success alongside client-side stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and formal handover
• Active adoption and rollout: Ensure clients actively use First AML across all teams and offices through tailored rollout and training approaches that go beyond technical go-live
• Usage monitoring and mitigation: Monitor early engagement to proactively identify and address low adoption before it impacts client value or company reputation
• Digital workflow transformation: Guide clients in transitioning from legacy compliance processes to digital, scalable workflows, sharing practical industry insights and best practices for customer due diligence
• Collaborative advisory and boundary management: Partner with client leadership to redesign workflows and maximize automation benefits while maintaining clear boundaries that clients retain full responsibility for their compliance policies and regulatory decisions
