Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Proven experience in content production, video production, content marketing, or digital marketing
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with video/livestreaming/webinar platforms (e.g., ON24, Vimeo)
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
- Experience in email marketing platforms such as Marketo
- Creative mindset with the ability to plan and produce engaging content, positively impacting lead generation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
What the job involves
- C3 AI is looking for a Content Producer to join our Marketing team
- As a Content Producer, you will manage content production across webinars, video publishing, SEO, email marketing, and cross-functional collaboration to support marketing objectives and enhance brand impact
- This role requires expertise in project management, content creation, digital tools, and communication to deliver engaging content that drives lead generation and aligns with strategic goals
- Execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with a company's business objectives, by understanding target audiences, managing content creation, and analyzing data to ensure the content effectively engages users and drives lead generation and brand awareness
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of live and on-demand webinars
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create a quarterly content calendar, coordinate speakers and partners, and manage logistics — from working with product teams for strong storytelling, assisting in production in the video studio, and publishing results
- Handle webinar platforms, moderate webinars as-needed, and ensure a seamless experience for attendees and presenters
- Organize and manage an internal video library, ensuring videos are properly catalogued, tagged, and accessible for internal stakeholders
- Publish videos to Vimeo, YouTube, and social media channels
- Assist in writing and optimizing web content for SEO, including blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets
- Research and implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings for priority keywords and drive organic traffic
- Support the creation, execution, and tracking of email marketing campaigns to promote webinars, product releases, and other campaigns
- Manage email lists and segmentations for targeted outreach
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content aligns with strategic objectives and C3 AI brand guidelines
- Support other marketing and content initiatives as needed, including assistance at 3rd-party events and our annual keynote event, C3 Transform
