Who you are
- The ideal candidate will be data-driven, excel at translating complex customer needs into product features, have minimum technical knowledge, and be passionate about the world of AI
- 2+ years of professional experience in engineering / data science
- Technical aptitude – Basic understanding of APIs, cloud infrastructure, and AI concepts
- Passion for / experience in AI/ML
- Strong analytical skills – Ability to interpret data, build analytics reports, track KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations
- Excellent communication – Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to cross-functional teams
- User-centric mindset – Experience in conducting user research and turning feedback into product improvements
- Competitor research experience – Ability to assess industry trends and competitors’ strategies
- Organizational skills – Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance
- Collaboration skills: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams
- Agile methodology experience: Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools, contributing to iterative product development
What the job involves
- We are seeking a skilled Associate Product Manager to work alongside our Product Manager to build the next-gen AI automation platform
- As AI is evolving rapidly, you should be comfortable with a steep learning curve, eager to develop expertise in AI infrastructure, cloud services, and automation
- You’ll play a key role in gathering customer insights, defining product features, researching industry trends, and collaborating with engineering to bring innovative AI solutions to market
- Gather & Analyze Customer Requirements – Conduct user research, customer interviews, and market analysis to understand needs and pain points
- Translate Insights into Product Features – Work with engineering to define, scope, and refine product requirements based on customer insights
- Contribute to Engineering Refinement Sessions – Collaborate closely with developers to break down features, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth implementation
- Stay Informed on AI & Market Trends – Research AI infrastructure, deployment solutions, and competitive products to identify new opportunities
- Competitor & Market Analysis – Evaluate industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing models to inform strategic decisions
- Analytics & Performance Tracking – Build and analyze reports on feature adoption, customer engagement, and product performance
- Clear Technical Communication – Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams by translating complex concepts into simple, actionable insights

Managing cloud deployments effectively to control costs has become a priority for organizations of all sizes. CAST AI drives cloud optimization and cost reduction by using AI and machine learning to analyze a company’s cloud environment to identify the resources required for maximum performance.
CAST AI’s platform supports all three major cloud service providers; Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Amazon Web Services. When cloud providers have unused machines they are typically discounted by 60-70%, however, if AWS (for example) needs that machine back, they give little warning before reclaiming it. CAST AI is able to automatically detect this, and immediately replace it, meaning companies using its platform will never experience an outage of discounted machines.
