Who you are

  • You have a proven track record in creating and driving new business and are always looking for ways to grow business with your clients through strategic approaches as well as ambition!
  • 2 years of closing experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • You’ll thrive on working to and exceeding targets and know what it takes to land new business opportunities, that you'll expand whilst developing exceptional relationships and ongoing revenue
  • You align closely with our values and can share examples of how you have demonstrated them
  • You can build and deliver a thorough end-to-end sales process
  • You have demonstrated excellence in the past as a top performer in your previous roles, and are someone who is highly achievement orientated, both in and out of the office!

What the job involves

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The AE will work specifically within our Mid Market level clients, working on deals around £150K~ partnering closely with executive-level stakeholders to drive and deliver meaningful, diversity-focused, workplace transformation.
  • Learn the world-class Multiverse GTM playbook supported by industry-leading sales training and a true development culture
  • Master MEDDIC to drive and grow your opportunities
  • Drive new business opportunities across our most strategic accounts, connecting with C-level to C-2 business leaders. These opportunities will specifically be early career starter deals in enterprise-level accounts
  • Understand the challenges your prospective customers face related to digital transformation and capacity, capability, and diversity, and learn to position the Multiverse solution appropriately
  • Keep your accounts to build your own strategic book - and develop the foundation to be a top salesperson

  • We want to be a leader in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), so we’re working hard to drive the change we want to see in the world, inside Multiverse.
  • Everything we do in the DEI space is undertaken with the goal of being representative of the geographies in which we operate – and our apprentice community. Gender diversity has been a long-term challenge for the tech world. We're proud that 55% of our UK Team identify as women, this increases to 64% of our Global Leadership Team (director level and above). We're also proud of our thriving LGBTQQIAAP community, comprising 11% of our UK Team.
  • We're committed to improving the diversity of our workforce, at all levels. We continue to invest in early talent through our in-house apprenticeship scheme – something we know is a fantastic route into our organization for exceptional talent from a diversity of backgrounds.
  • Last year we identified improving the diversity of our Global Leadership Team (director level+) internally as an area of focus. Steps that we took included introducing robust DEI monitoring processes, rolling out Inclusive Recruitment Training to all staff involved in the hiring, and launching our first internal, Global Leadership Accelerator program.
